Tex-Mex Tomato Salad
Yield: 5 servings
INGREDIENTS
2 pints Grape Tomatoes
1/4 tsp. Ground Cumin
3 Tbsp. Fresh Lime Juice
6 Tbsp. Canola Oil
1 Tbsp. Chopped Cilantro
Salt and Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Wash and dry the tomatoes, then cut them in half.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cumin, lime juice, oil and cilantro and whisk together.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve Chilled.
